"Giant Missing Puzzle: Effective e-Waste Management"
Background
e-Waste is only 2% of the total Solid Waste but its hazardous effect is estimated more than 10 times. New law & renewed interest will find ways & means to achieve e-waste management. What are the requirements? How to identify the right partner offering the services? are the critical questions that need to be answered. Effective ways were defined even in Government organizations, so why not we find out the right way for Corporate?
Objectives
This session aims at (i) provide in-depth knowledge on e-waste management; (ii) provide knowledge on e-waste policy and processes; and (iii) practice effective e-waste management.
Target audience of the session include the Senior Management handling Admin, Facility Management, EHS, Purchase & Stores, Commercial Dept.
Speaker at the session:
Mr T Rathinam, Vice President - BD, TES-AMM is an interesting conversationalist in this area & more. He is interested to bring in pearls of wisdom based on his interactions with many MNCs in India & outside in the area of Asset Management, e-Waste Management, etc. He is an electronics engineer with strong IT background for 2+ decades and has been associated with TES-AMM for long in this initiative. He has received the NASSCOM awards for Best IT implementation. He has also established ICT businesses in few countries of EMEA.

CII members: Rs. 1350/per login & Non member: Rs. 1685/per login
Other terms and conditions
- CII will not be responsible for any disturbance in the broadcast due to IT/ network disruption at the participants' end.
- The fee is non-refundable but change in nomination is acceptable. The fee must reach CII before the date of the session.
Minimum technical requirements to attend the session: internet connectivity with speed up to 2MBPS, PC/laptop with 1GB HDD, 512 MB RAM, Window XP or above, speakers or headset.
