This webinar will:

Review the history of sustainable development governance;
Explain the difference between sustainable development governance and international environmental governance;
Explore IFSD options including: strengthening the current Commission on Sustainable Development (CSD); reevaluating the UN Economic and Social Council’s (ECOSOC) role in sustainable development; and reforming and Upgrading the UN Environment Programme; and
Describe how to integrate civil society into structures of current and future sustainable development governance.
